Premium Water-Based Acrylic Paint – Semi-Gloss Finish
Description
BSCO TopCoat 900 is a premium-grade water-based acrylic paint with a refined semi-gloss (½ gloss) finish for interior and exterior applications. It delivers outstanding washability, UV resistance, and a smooth, elegant appearance for luxury and high-traffic areas. Finish: Semi-Gloss (½ Gloss)

Application
Surface Prep
- Ensure surface is dry, sound, and free of contaminants
- Prime porous or chalky surfaces with BSCO Primer
- Fill cracks and irregularities with BSCO Putty 100/200
- New cement surfaces: cure minimum 28 days
- New cement plaster: smooth with BSCO Putty; apply one coat TopCoat 700 before TC 900
- Coated substrates: remove chalking, sand lightly, wash, apply BSCO Primer, optionally BSCO Putty, then one coat TopCoat 700 before TC 900
Mixing
- Product ready to use stir well before application
- For spray application: dilute with max. 5% clean water if necessary
- Do not over-thin affects gloss level, opacity, and durability
Application
- Apply 2 coats using brush, roller, or airless spray
- Maintain recoat interval of 4–6 hours at 25°C/50% RH
- Coverage: 6–8 m²/kg per coat
- Do not apply under extreme sun, rain, or surface moisture
- Ideal surface temperature: +5°C to +35°C
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use. Dried residue can only be removed mechanically.
