Formulated with selected hydraulic binders, graded fillers, and colour-stable pigments, it provides reliable joint filling with a clean, attractive finish on walls and floors.Its smooth, easy-to-work consistency makes it the ideal everyday grouting solution for projects — offering good adhesion to tile sides, low shrinkage, and consistent colour performance across a wide range of standard interior tile formats

Application
Surface Prep
✓ Allow adhesive to cure: wait at least 24 hours after tile installation (48 hours in hot conditions above 35°C)
✓ Remove spacers and clean joints: ensure joints are clean, dry, and free of adhesive, dust, oils, and debris, with a depth of at least two-thirds of the tile thickness
✓ Pre-dampen if necessary: lightly wet highly absorbent ceramic tiles or joints in hot/dry conditions (no standing water)
✓ Avoid harsh conditions: do not apply in direct sun, strong wind, or temperatures above 40°C; work during cooler hours in summer
Mixing
1. Measure water: Pour 6.0 – 6.6 liters of clean, cool water per 20 kg bag into the mixing container first. For a 5 kg bag: use 1.5 – 1.65 liters.
2. Add powder slowly: Gradually add BSCO Tile Grout powder into the water while mixing continuously — do not pour water onto dry powder.
3. Mix mechanically: Use a slow-speed drill with a paddle attachment. Mix for 3 – 4 minutes until smooth and lump-free. A hand trowel can be used for small quantities (5 kg bags).
4. Rest: Allow the mix to stand for 3 minutes so polymers and additives fully hydrate.
5. Final re-mix: Stir briefly for 1 minute. The grout is now ready. Use it within a 90-minute pot life.
Application
✓ Apply diagonally using a rubber float, pressing firmly into the joints to ensure they are completely filled with no air pockets.
✓ Remove excess Immediately and shape joints after initial set (~15–20 mins) using a damp sponge
✓ Polish tiles after 1–2 hours with clean cloth or dry sponge
✓ Curing: Protect freshly grouted surfaces from direct sun, rain, foot traffic, and vibration for 24 hours
Clean
Clean tools and mixing containers with water immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed by mechanical methods.
