Description

BSCO Ultra Fix – Professional High-Performance Adhesive for Large Format & Extreme .Conditions,classified as C2TES2 according to EN 12004 / ISO 13007, A high-performance, highly deformable cementitious adhesive designed for demanding internal and external applications.It provides good workability and bond strength for fixing (Porcelain, Marble, natural stone, ceramic and mosaic tiles) on concrete or plastered surfaces in dry and humid internal or external environments.

Application

Surface Prep
✓ Ensure the surface is clean, dry, sound, and free of dust, oil, and grease
✓ Damp or pre-wet absorbent surfaces before application (no standing water), except gypsum substrates
✓ Use BSCO Aqua Bond for moderately porous substrates, improving adhesion on dense concrete, and controlling suction on cement screeds
✓ Use BSCO Aqua Crete for highly absorbent or dusty substrates, weak surfaces, or when extra bonding strength is required
Mixing
1. Add 4-4.5 litres of clean water into a clean container
2. Slowly add 20 kg Ultra Fix C2TES2 powder while mixing
3. Use a mechanical mixer until a smooth,
homogeneous, lump-free paste is obtained
4. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly
Application
Apply with a notched trowel suitable for tile size and substrate then Fix tiles within 30 minutes of spreading and Adjust tiles within 20 minutes; do not disturb tiles after initial setting
Clean
Clean tools and mixing containers with water immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed by mechanical methods
